Fall 2007 Admitted Transfer Students*
Calendar
February
- Activate your personal WebPortal (if you have not done so already).
- Submit your Intent to Enroll $250 deposit.
- Order transcripts for your Intent to Enroll.
- Financial Aid application due as soon as possible.
March
- March 17 - Explore SDSU Open House 2007.
- March 24 (register online or in-person by March 9; register by mail by March 7) - SDSU Writing Proficiency Assessment offered.
April
- April 28 (register online or in person by April 13; register by mail by April 11) - SDSU Writing Proficiency Assessment offered.
May
- May 1 - Deadline to respond with your Intent to Enroll $250 deposit, official transcripts (including fall grades), and test scores.
- May 1 - Begin making reservations online for New Student Orientation.
- Class registration information postcard sent to new students.
- Housing License Agreement and $800 initial payment is due no later than June 1, 2007 to maintain the student’s Intent to Enroll payment date.
June
- Pay your registration fees as soon as possible.
- June 1 - Housing License Agreement and $800 initial payment deadline.
- June 1 - Request that your final college transcripts (including spring grades) be sent to the SDSU Office of Admissions by June 29.
- June 29 - All final official college transcripts must be sent to SDSU’s Office of Admissions.
July
- Pay your class registration fees and clear any holds listed in your SDSU WebPortal at least two weeks prior to your registration date and time.
- July 21 - New Student Orientation in Northern California.
August
- Attend New Student Orientation.
- Make sure you have satisfied the Immunization Requirements.
- August 23 - Disbursement of fall portion of financial aid released to qualified aid applicants begins.
- August 25 - New Student and Family Convocation.
- August 27 - Classes begin.
- Welcome Week - first week of classes.
