Accept Your Offer of Admission by Submitting your Intent to Enroll - Due May 1, 2009
Reserve your place in the fall 2009 class by submitting all of the following items to the SDSU Office of Admissions no later than Friday, May 1, 2009. If all of the items are not sent by May 1, it will be assumed that you do not plan to attend SDSU and your space will be made available to another applicant.
You must provide a separate final official transcript showing spring 2009 term grades by June 30, 2009. This final transcript is in addition to the preliminary transcript(s) that must be sent by May 1, 2009.
Your admission eligibility was determined using the information you reported on your application for admission and SDSU Supplemental Application. All courses you listed as in progress or planned must be completed with grades of “C” or higher. You must also maintain your reported overall grade point average. Your transcripts will be used to verify your self-reported information. If your grade point average and/or current course grades drop, or if there is a discrepancy in what you reported on your application compared to your transcripts, this offer of admission may be withdrawn.
Official transcripts are required from all colleges you previously and/or currently attend even if you withdrew from the course(s) or the course(s) is not applicable to your degree. Please also include transcripts for all International Baccalaureate Credit (if applicable). You must send official transcripts (including fall 2008 grades) for all schools by May 1, 2009. Do not wait for spring 2009 grades to be posted.
You must request that official transcripts, bearing the high school or college letterhead, be sent directly to the SDSU Office of Admissions either electronically or in a sealed envelope. For a transcript to be considered official, it must remain in its original sealed envelope. If opened, the transcript will no longer be valid. Please request your transcripts as soon as grades are posted so that the transcripts will arrive by the deadlines. (Note that it can take several weeks for a school to send a transcript once it is ordered.)
SDSU will only accept electronic transcripts from the schools listed below. Please ensure that you indicate this preference when making your request.
For colleges that do not supply electronic transcripts, the school should send the transcripts directly to:
