How to Apply

First, follow the graduate steps to apply.

Then, submit to the department:

  1. Program Application, including three recommendation forms, a current resume, and personal statement

    Please note: Department applications are electronic and may require you to scan, upload, and/or electronically attach application materials. All required forms will be provided within the electronic application.

Fall 2013 Deadline   

Step 1: CSUMentor Application—March 1
Step 2 and 3: File Completion—April 1

All official transcripts and official test scores must be submitted to Graduate Admissions by the file completion deadline. Please check the department website for specific department deadlines.

Spring Deadline

Domestic Applicants: Closed
