Step 1:
Submit to the University:

California State University application electronically at CSUMentor along with the $55 application fee beginning October 1.

Step 2:
Submit to SDSU Graduate Admissions:

1. Official transcripts (in sealed envelopes) from all U.S. postsecondary institutions attended.
   Note:
   • Please do not send transcripts before submitting the CSUMentor application as this may result in processing delays.
   • Students who attended SDSU need only submit transcripts for work completed since last attendance
2. Students with international coursework must submit one of the following evaluation reports.

Step 3:
Submit to the Department:

1. Two letters of reference from individuals who have known the student’s academic work and/or employment performance
2. MCP Program Application

Fall Deadline
Step 1: CSU Mentor Application - February 1
Step 2 and 3: File Completion - March 1
All application materials including departmental requirements must be submitted by the file completion date.

Spring Deadline
Domestic Applicants: November 1 - Closed for spring 2010
International Applicants: October 1 - Closed for spring 2010
