Step 1:
Application for admission must be made simultaneously to San Diego
State University and the University of California, Davis. Submit
the California State University (SDSU) application electronically
at CSUMentor along with
the $55 application fee.
Step 2:
Submit to SDSU Graduate Admissions:
- Official transcripts (in sealed envelopes) from all postsecondary
institutions attended
Note:
- Please do not send transcripts before submitting the CSUMentor application as this may result in processing delays.
- Students who attended SDSU need only submit transcripts
for work completed since last attendance
- Students with international coursework must submit both
the official transcript and proof of degree. If documents
are in a language other than English, they must be accompanied
by a certified English translation.

Step 3:
Submit to the Department:
- Three letters of recommendation (sent directly to the Graduate
Adviser, SDSU).
- Statement of Professional goals.
- Resume or curriculum vitae.
