Manual Degree Evaluations

SDSU students that meet at least one of the criterion below are eligible for a Manual Degree Evaluation provided they are eligible to register, have 60 units earned, do not have an active graduation application on file and have not already received a manual degree evaluation this term. To request a manual degree evaluation, submit your request below. Please allow up to 8-10 weeks (depending on the time of the year) to process your request.

The following SDSU students are eligible for a Manual Degree Evaluation:

  • Students with more than one major
  • Students with a GE, Major, and/or Minor Catalog Year greater than 10 years
  • Students with SDSU coursework prior to fall 1987
