GradFest Distribution
Students will pick up their commencement tickets at GradFest, April 8 – 10 between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. Students must present a form of identification (RedID card, driver’s license, passport) when picking up tickets. If a student’s name is not on the ticket distribution list, the student does not have an active application for graduation on file. If this occurs, the student should contact the Office of Advising and Evaluations at 619-594-6668.
After GradFest Distribution
Beginning Monday, April 14, students who did not pick up their commencement tickets at GradFest will obtain them at the Aztec Center Ticket Office (map location #18). If a student does not pick up their tickets by 4 p.m. on Friday, May 16, the Ticket Office cannot guarantee the student will receive their full number of commencement tickets. Beginning Monday, May 19, students will be allowed to obtain two additional tickets on a first-come, first-serve basis providing there are tickets available. The Ticket Office cannot guarantee there will be additional tickets remaining for all of the college ceremonies.
Disabled Student Ticket Requests
If students need special seating for a relative with a disability, they should contact the Aztec Center Ticket Office to obtain those tickets.
Ticket Distribution for Students Who Cannot Travel to Campus
Students who cannot visit the SDSU campus have the option of asking a friend or relative to pick up their tickets. The friend/relative must have the graduating student’s SDSU RedID card. The Aztec Center Ticket Office will only mail tickets to students living OUTSIDE SAN DIEGO COUNTY. These mailed ticket requests will only be accepted through Friday, May 2. After this date, the Ticket Office cannot guarantee they will be able to send the tickets to the students in time for Commencement. Students will need to send a self-addressed, stamped envelope - as well as information as to what College ceremony they are to receive tickets - to the Aztec Center Ticket Office at:
