The Association is pleased to offer travel discount for out-of-town guests who will be attending the 2009 Commencement ceremonies.

Trolley Information
The San Diego State University underground trolley station is the first of its kind in San Diego. San Diego State is proud to partner with the Metropolitan Transit System to provide alternate modes of transportation to SDSU. Students and families should consider taking the trolley to SDSU for Commencement.
Take advantage of the MTS Commencement Special: two children under 12 years old ride for free with a paying adult.
In addition, families visiting San Diego may use the trolley to commute to several other San Diego attractions. For information and a trolley time schedule, visit the Metropolitan Transit System Web site.

Los Angeles: Take I-5 South to I-805 South to I-8 East. Exit College Avenue south. Turn right onto Canyon Crest Drive. Park in Parking Structure 4.
Alternate Route: Take I-8 East to Fairmount Avenue. Stay right to merge onto Montezuma Road. Turn left onto 55th Street. Park in Parking Structure 5 on your left.

Parking Information
All college ceremonies will take place in Cox Arena. Because some ceremonies may fill the arena to its capacity of 12,000, we are suggesting several alternate approaches to campus, making use of various parking areas. Please allow at least 20 minutes to walk to the arena from parking areas east of College Avenue.
