| May 30 | Last day to drop S1 classes. | |
| June 1 | Last day to add S1 classes. Last day to drop T1 classes. |

| June 5 | Last day to apply for August 2012 graduation with an advanced degree, Division of Graduate Affairs. | |
| June 18 | Last day to receive a prorated refund for S1. | |
| June 29 | Final day for submitting theses to Aztec Shops Montezuma Publishing for thesis review to ensure graduation in August 2012. | |

Applications available for May or August 2013 graduation with a bachelor's degree. | |
| July 2–Aug 17 | Theses may be submitted to the Division of Graduate Affairs after this date on an at-risk basis. However, August 2012 graduation is contingent upon completion of final processing by noon, August 15. Students missing this deadline will be required to reapply for graduation for the term in which they expect to graduate. | |
