| May 20 | Last day to pay tuition and fees for S1 and T1 without penalty. | |
| May 21 | First day of summer term. First day of S1 and T1 classes. |

| May 26 | Holiday—Memorial Day. Faculty/staff holiday. Campus closed. |

| May 30 | S1 schedule adjustment deadline. Last day to add/drop. | |
| June 3 | T1 schedule adjustment deadline. Last day to add/drop. | |
| June 13 | Last day to receive a prorated refund for S1. | |
| July 1 |
Applications available for May or August 2015 graduation with a bachelor's degree or advanced degree. | |
| July 2 | Last day of S1 classes. (Final exams are the last day of classes for each summer session.) Final day for submitting theses (without risk) to Aztec Shops Montezuma Publishing for thesis review to ensure graduation in August 2014. |

| July 4 | Holiday—Independence Day. Faculty/staff holiday. Campus closed. |

| July 5–Aug 16 | Theses may be submitted to the Division of Graduate Affairs after this date on an at-risk basis. However, August 2014 graduation is contingent upon completion of final processing by noon, August 13. Students missing this deadline will be required to reapply for graduation for the term in which they expect to graduate. | |

| July 25 | Last day for submission of incomplete and RP grade removals (excluding thesis) for August 2014 graduation with an advanced degree. | |

| August 8 | Last day for reporting results on comprehensive examinations to the Division of Graduate Affairs by department or college. | |
| August 13 | Final day for depositing approved theses at Aztec Shops Montezuma Publishing. (Noon deadline.) | |
| August 14 | Last day of classes. (Final exams are the last day of classes for each summer session.) | |
| August 13 | Last day for submitting theses for review to Aztec Shops Montezuma Publishing for the current term. (Noon deadline.) | |
| August 15 | T1 and S2 grades due from instructors. (11 p.m. deadline.) Last day of summer term. |
