Hepner Hall
Hepner Hall is one of the original campus buildings on Montezuma Mesa and remains SDSU’s most recognized and most photographed building with its mission-style tower and archways. Located at the northern end of Campanile Walkway, Hepner Hall features a brass astrological sundial in front and opens to grassy Hepner Quad.
The eight bells atop Hepner Hall ring during commencement each spring, serving as a passage of rites for graduating students.
