Presidential Scholars Program
If you are a student with high academic achievements and extracurricular activities at a San Diego service-area high school or one of our selected Los Angeles area high schools, then you may be eligible to receive up to $60,000 to attend San Diego State University.
The Presidential Scholars program was created to help students pay for basic tuition and fees, housing, books, and living expenses while attending SDSU. You could be a part of an exclusive community at SDSU, which is made up of students from all disciplines who are committed to achieving excellence.
To be eligible for Presidential Scholars, you must be admitted to SDSU and invited to apply to the program. Please note that applying to SDSU or for Presidential Scholars does not bind you to attending SDSU. Also, you are still eligible for state and federal financial aid and other scholarships as a Presidential Scholar.
